“Sorry” Ezekiel mumbled to Isaiah, who was
looking at the ceiling and thinking.
“Not your fault Easy. This has to be Ella,
who knows that we are closing in on her and her psychopathic girlfriend.”
Isaiah seethed.
Isaiah reached up to hit the wall when he groaned in pain. He
leaned back down seething when Ezekiel slowly leaned forward.
“Was she always
like that Evee doesn’t like to talk about the past much. I think she tries to
erase the past and tried to start fresh when we met at Quantico” Ezekiel said
as he peered over to his wife.
“Actually if anything the roles should be
reversed, Eves was always … precocious in the sense that I am surprised she
didn’t murder me over the years, Ella … she was … she was the good one. See
Evee she was the troublemaker, being an only child, I was the older one who
watched out for them and Ella … she was he good one” Isaiah said as his voice
broke.
Ella Reyes was the poster child for the good kid
in every family, the golden one and the two others were black sheep or
troublemakers. Ella was aspiring to be a teacher, a special needs teacher and
instead she murdered her family in cold blood to … Isaiah did not know exactly
the way. That was one of his reasons to find her, to find out why she tried to
extinguish their line.
“Evee … when I found out who she was, like truly
found out, I was flabbergasted at the way she turns on her family. She came up
to me and said my name is Evee Diaz, niece to Terrence Reyes, the Don to The
Empire” Ezekiel let out a wry chuckle. Evee was a beauty for sure with her dark
hair cut short and bright smile. A few hours after that Evee was flipping
Ezekiel onto his back on a soft mat during a combat sequence.
From that day forward Ezekiel was intrigued by
the girl who had a bubbly personality and the dark history. Fraternizing at
Quantico was frowned upon and was told that it should never occur. However when
twenty five new recruits start the Bureau was not blind to hormones and
emotions running through the camp. He
did his best to keep their relationship strictly friendship.
“What changed?” Isaiah asked enthralled from the
start of Ezekiel and Evee.
“She kissed me on the last day of training and said
she gets what she wants, always” Ezekiel let out a soft chuckle.
Evee grabbed
him from behind, pinned him to the wall and placed a lustful kiss onto his
lips.
“She became a nuisance, but I just had to find more, she is addicting, a
bad fucking habit”.
“If it was against the rules, I mean, how the
fuck did you two get married, and how the fuck did we not know about it. I mean
when I found out I was livid, I was also shot by my sister and my dad was
murdered, but … its like Evee created this whole world, full of lies.
